Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Sliders with Bourbon-Peach Barbecue Sauce

These sliders are packed with flavor, featuring tender pulled pork infused with a sweet and tangy bourbon-peach barbecue sauce. Perfect for gatherings or a delicious weeknight meal!

Ingredients:

  • 3 pounds boneless pork shoulder, trimmed of excess fat
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup bourbon
  • 1/2 cup peach preserves
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Slider buns, for serving

Instructions:

Put the pork shoulder in a cooker that cooks slowly

Put apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl

Add the barbecue sauce and mix them together

Combine well

Cover the pork shoulder in the slow cooker with the sauce and make sure it's all covered

Leave the lid on and set the heat to low

Cook for 8 to 10 hours, or until the pork is soft and can be easily shred with a fork

Take the pork out of the slow cooker when it's done cooking and shred it with two forks

Put the sauce back into the slow cooker and add the shredded pork

Put the pulled pork on slider buns and top them with extra sauce if you like
