Green Tea Apple Smoothie



Smoothie made with green tea, apples, and spinach that is both tasty and good for you.

Ingredients:

  • 2 green tea bags
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 2 green apples, peeled and chopped
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions:

Steep green tea bags in hot water for 3-5 minutes

Allow to cool

In a blender, combine steeped green tea, chopped green apples, banana, spinach leaves, Greek yogurt, honey, and ice cubes

Blend until smooth and creamy

Pour into glasses and serve immediately
