Ingredients:
- 6 small potatoes, quartered
- 2 jalapenos, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
Turn on the oven and heat it up to 400F 200C
Toss the potatoes, garlic, jalapenos, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until the potatoes are well covered
Spread the potato mix out in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet
Put the potatoes in an oven that has already been heated and roast them for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring them once or twice during that time
Take it out of the oven when it's done and sprinkle it with chopped fresh cilantro
