Ingredients:
- 2 cucumbers, sliced
- 2 ripe avocados, diced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Sliced cucumbers, diced avocados, sliced red onion, and chopped cilantro should all be put in a large bowl together
Mix the olive oil and lime juice together in a small bowl
Put the dressing on top of the salad
Sprinkle the salad with the dressing and toss it gently to coat the food
Add pepper and salt to taste
Serve right away or put in the fridge to eat later
